Delivery is by Courier Guy to your door. You will receive a tracking number from us as soon as the order is dispatched.

Cost:

Gauteng: normally from R 68.40 going up to R 114.00 if your order is less than R 1000.00 orders above this amount, the delivery is free....

Other Provinces: from R 114.00 going up to R 228.00 if your order is less than R 1000.00, orders above this amount, the delivery is free....

Kindly note the following info:

General Delivery Times

• Gauteng: 2 to 4 working days
• Western Cape: 3 to 5 working days
• Kwa-Zulu Natal: 3 to 5 working days
• All other areas: 3 to 5 working days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day.

General Delivery Info:

• We do not deliver to Postal Boxes as our service includes delivery via courier (Door to Door)
• Deliveries are made during business hours 08h00-17h00 Mon-Fri excluding public holidays
• Our couriers don’t give exact delivery times and will deliver between 8 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday
• Our couriers require someone to be at the address provided to accept the delivery alternatively the goods will be returned
• Should no one accept the delivery first time around, a second delivery attempt will be arranged at a charge 
• Delivery ETA’s depend on stock availability. We will inform you if the item you require is out of stock and may take longer than the General Delivery lead times above
• Orders are processed from when the payment is received and reflects in our bank account (business hours)

Collections:

Collections can be arranged for unique circumstances but will in no way speed up the time you will receive your goods. Delivery is generally quicker than collecting.

Special/Custom and Photoluminescent orders may take longer than usual delivery hours due to items not being in stock and has to be made on a per order basis.
